Numerous locations abound for building sites with power are within one mile and numerous water wells are already on the ranch.   Located approximately 55 minutes to I-25 and the Perry Stokes jet capable airport of Trinidad, CO, within a 3 hour drive to Denver and approximately 3.5 hours drive time to Amarillo, TX. Most sportsmen will never set foot on such a property, mostly viewed by only astronauts.
