Outstanding irrigated farm consisting of 285 acres in Yellow Jacket. The 145-acre center pivot would need to be cultivated and planted but the siderolls have fairly new alfalfa planted and is producing. The views are amazing, with the LaPlata Mtns to the east and the Ute Mountain to the south. There is access from both county roads on the east and the west with two access points from road 16.
