The Jensen Ranch is the answer to privacy and a serene setting. The ranch has been in th same family for years. Consisting of about 390 acres of spruce, aspen and oak brush, it lies basically between Gray's Creek and Spruce Creek on the Uncompahgre plateau adjacent to the Uncompaghre National forest off of Transfer Road. It is just a hop, skip and a jump to Telluride, Ridgway and Ouray for recreation and some of the most visited communities on the West Slope of Colorado. Follow Divide road down the beautiful Uncompahgre Plateau for camping, hunting and just plain relaxing, until you reach Highway 141 near Whitewater and follow that to the Colorado National Monument. Go east out of Montrose to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison for awe inspiring views of the canyon as well as gold medal trout fishing in the Gunnison River.
